How to obtain Residency in Grenada
A non-refundable contribution
Make a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF).
The NTF was established when the CBI programme launched in 2013. The aim of the NTF is to assist in boosting the economy of the country. Both the contribution and government fees are payable only once citizenship is approved.
The minimum contribution to the NTF is $235,000 for a Single Applicant with a family of up to 4 in total.
After the initial 4 applicants, costs of additional dependents apply of $25,000/$50,000 on a per-person basis. An additional cost of $75,000 is applied when adding a sibling.
Other costs, such as application fees and due diligence fees, also apply.
Real estate investment
Investment into a government approved real estate project with a minimum investment amount of $270,000. An additional minimum non-refundable contribution of $50,000 applies.
Investors also have the opportunity to re-sell their investment through the scheme after a mandatory holding period, which is between 3 to 7 years depending on the project, without affecting their citizenship status.
