General Policies for St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Applications

This notice outlines four main aspects of the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program.

  1. Dependents of Economic Citizens: Family members of economic citizens are considered additional applicants, subject to a due diligence fee of $7,500 for those aged 16 and above.

  2. Name Changes: The Ministry of National Security, Immigration and Citizenship is responsible for processing name changes, not the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CiU). These changes are permitted only under "exceptional circumstances."

  3. Certificates of Registration: Responsibility for handling issues related to Certificates of Registration resides with the Ministry of National Security, Immigration and Citizenship, rather than the CiU.

  4. Incremental Calculation of Post Approval in Principle Fees: Fees are calculated incrementally, starting with the primary applicant and spouse, followed by dependents in this order:

    • Dependents under 18

    • Dependent children aged 18-25 who are enrolled in full-time education

    • Dependent children over 18 with physical or mental disabilities

    • Parents and parents-in-law aged 65 or older
